To Be Read List - October 2015

Hello, everyone! I'm back, and I'm here to do my To Be Read List for October 2015! After coming off a win for last month's TBR list, I'm feeling pretty confident in finishing whatever I decide to put here. Well, maybe not "whatever" but pretty darn close.  But enough about that! Let's get onto the list!

First things first! Right now I'm reading Shades of Doon by Carey Corp and Lorie Langdon. It's the third book of the Doon series and begins our theme of continuing book series.

Second is Library of Souls by Ransom Riggs. It's the third and final book of the Miss Peregine's Peculiar Children series. I got really into the series last month, and I can't wait to read the conclusion!

Third is going to be Beastly Bones by William Riter. It's the second book Jackaby series, and I really can't wait to see how well Riter fleshes out the Sherlock/paranormal world that Jackaby started.

Last but not least is One Flew over the Cuckoo's Nest by Ken Kesey. It's a book for my America in Revolt class. I'm reading it right now, and I have to say that so far, I'm pleasantly surprised.

Edit: I forgot to add the Booksplosion book of the month! So the real last book on my TBR list this month is Six of Crows by Leigh Bardugo! Let's see if we can get through this month with every book on this list read!

Stories I Ate This Month: May and June 2018

Hello, my lovelies! As you've probably noticed, today's post is going to consist of the stories that I have consumed in the last two months as opposed to just last month. This is mostly because May was a world-wind for me, and I didn't really consume a lot of content. Stories I Ate This Month: February 2018

Hello, everyone! I'm back and I'm here to review all of the stories that I consumed this month. Yes, this post is over a month late, but I have plenty of excuses. One: I am exhausted. Two: being an intern is tough. Three: trying to live a normal life is much more difficult than I imagined. So, here I am. I'm late to the game. But I'm very excited to show you what I've read for the month. I hope you enjoy this post! The first two books that I finished this month are The Madness Underneath and The Shadow Cabinet by Maureen Johnson. These two books are the "final" books in the Shades of London series. I say "final" but there has been some speculation that the series has not yet been completed, which I tend to agree with. There are a lot of plot lines that haven't been concluded, and there's a new antagonist introduced in The Shadow Cabinet , and the book basically leaves off with a cliffhanger. Stories I Ate This Month: March 2018

So this month has been a bit of a bust. I haven’t read many book or watched that many movies, but the show must go on. Also, as a side note, I haven’t finished any season of any particular television shows this month, but I’ve started a few promising ones that will hopefully be completed in April. But anyway, here’s all the books and movies I’ve conquered this month. The first two books I read this month are The Hanging Tree and Foxglove Summer by Ben Aaronovitch. These books are the 5 th and 6 th book in his Peter Grant series which feature Detective, you guessed it, Peter Grant as he investigates criminal matters in London with a tendency for the supernatural. If you haven’t read my review about the other books of this series, I’ll reiterate. Ben Aaronovitch combines everything that I love within his novels, and does it in such a fashion that you can feel the commitment to his craft with every paragraph. His expertise with the London area and the unordinary is clearly visible
