Mockingjay Part 2 Final Trailer - Trailer Reaction!



Hello, everyone! I'm back, and I'm here to do another trailer reaction to the final trailer for Mockingjay Part 2. In case you haven't guessed yet, I'm very excited about this movie. I can't wait to see how they interpret the final moments of the book, and from what I understand, we may be seeing a bit of the epilogue, which has me twitching in my seat with anticipation. But enough about that. Let's get onto the trailer!

Like I've done with my other trailer reaction posts, I will be posting commentary below the video that goes along with the video. Enjoy!


The music makes me want to cry! Or maybe it's the sisters! Or that it's the last movie! I don't know!

I'm liking the drums. They make my heart beat erratically.

Also, I love it when she yells, and having it set to the drums is a nice touch. 

Okay, we get more of her speech, and you can tell how angry she is. It's amazing. 

The mutts!!!! Holy crap! I wasn't expecting that at all!

All of the effects are looking so well done!

The way she notches her bow sounds like the unsheathing of a sword. Pretty cool if you're listening with headphones.

Alright so that was the final (maybe?) full trailer for Mockingjay Part 2. I have to admit it did make me a little psyched to go see the movie. Even though we didn't receive a whole lot of new footage, I think that it was edited in a way that makes it seem new while making it more emotional. Very well done, Lionsgate. I salute you.

Stories I Ate This Month: February 2018

Hello, everyone! I'm back and I'm here to review all of the stories that I consumed this month. Yes, this post is over a month late, but I have plenty of excuses. One: I am exhausted. Two: being an intern is tough. Three: trying to live a normal life is much more difficult than I imagined. So, here I am. I'm late to the game. But I'm very excited to show you what I've read for the month. I hope you enjoy this post! The first two books that I finished this month are The Madness Underneath and The Shadow Cabinet by Maureen Johnson. These two books are the "final" books in the Shades of London series. I say "final" but there has been some speculation that the series has not yet been completed, which I tend to agree with. There are a lot of plot lines that haven't been concluded, and there's a new antagonist introduced in The Shadow Cabinet , and the book basically leaves off with a cliffhanger. Stories I Ate This Month: March 2018

So this month has been a bit of a bust. I haven’t read many book or watched that many movies, but the show must go on. Also, as a side note, I haven’t finished any season of any particular television shows this month, but I’ve started a few promising ones that will hopefully be completed in April. But anyway, here’s all the books and movies I’ve conquered this month. The first two books I read this month are The Hanging Tree and Foxglove Summer by Ben Aaronovitch. These books are the 5 th and 6 th book in his Peter Grant series which feature Detective, you guessed it, Peter Grant as he investigates criminal matters in London with a tendency for the supernatural. If you haven’t read my review about the other books of this series, I’ll reiterate. Ben Aaronovitch combines everything that I love within his novels, and does it in such a fashion that you can feel the commitment to his craft with every paragraph. His expertise with the London area and the unordinary is clearly visible
